Store Closures - 25 March, 2020

lululemon continues to pay close attention to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its potential impact on our teammates, friends and families across Australia and New Zealand and the globe. As we navigate through these unprecedented and rapidly evolving times, what is unwavering is our commitment and connection to our people and our communities.

In compliance with the New Zealand Government, we are closing all our stores, across New Zealand, effective Wednesday, 25 March 2020 and until further notice. We have also closed our New Zealand online store. Taking care of our people is incredibly important to all of us at lululemon, so we’ve ensured that our employees will receive pay for all hours they were scheduled to work. In addition, our Global Relief Pay plan will help anyone among our team that is directly affected by the situation.

Your website is now closed, but I’ve already placed an order. Will I still receive my items?
If you have already received a shipping confirmation email you can expect to receive your order as normal. Unfortunately, any orders which have not yet been shipped have been cancelled. You will receive an order cancellation email within the next 48 hours if this applies to your order.

Why are orders being cancelled?
In compliance with the newly implemented New Zealand government restrictions in relation to COVID-19, we are obligated to suspend all future non-essential services and deliveries in New Zealand.

How can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we are temporarily unable to accept returns while our New Zealand business is closed. We will be happy to accept your return when our stores or online business reopen, and have extended our change-of-mind return period to accommodate. Learn more here.
